My Sri Lanka Trip

Landed in the Island country of Sri Lanka recently and founded it as a place of beautiful mix of cultures along with exotic variety of flora and fauna.I have taken some pictures wherever stopped for displaying the same for my blog visitors.It could be not in an order.But I am sure you will like to see them through my lenses. 

Here in the first picture,this is the road Colombo to Anuradha Pura.Filled with awesome green trees bathing in the sunshine of morning. 

This is the small hotel where we have stopped for refreshments.Dosas were available along with others.Good quality.No complaints.Adjacent to it,there was a temple built by Tamil diaspora.Murugan temple surrounded by well shaded trees.

A gas filling station and housing sites with good space.

A lake with green leaves.perhaps the lotus flowers plucked out.They were in great demand for the Budhist temples.They offered as a sign of respect.
Stupas were aplenty in Anuradha Pura.Dated back to 1300 B.C.
