Rice gravy recipe

In recent days, I happened to taste a new delicacy when I was in Odisha state (Rayagada), that too attending  a meet where some like minded people gathered for the lunch.There was a big dish ,from where some people were helping a white color grave like thing,on seeing,me too tried it with half filling of my glass.Never had seen or tasted it before,that was like rice grave with mixing corns judiciously.Helped it myself with a spoon,that was very hot to take it more,not so bad.Neither spicy nor with oil.

Tempted to have inquired about its name,but postponed my idea as I have run for the principal diet as there was a beeline in front of the serving place,however , clicked it for my future blog post.

Ridge Gourd new avatar

The cutting of Ridge gourd after which got dry on the plant.After having seen inquired about its utility.Some people who executed the shape said that it was much useful to wash dishes.Automatically it changes like a sponge when putting in water and cleans the dishes satisfactorily ,in addition to that,it also is useful rubbing the skin comfortble. Variety is the buzzword now,sometimes going in nature's footsteps.
